Grand View Painting One Year Warranty

Upon completion of the project Grand View Painting guarantees that any painting procedure performed will be free from any workmanship defects for a period of one year.

 This warranty applies to all surfaces painted and painted areas. Grand View Painting will provide service free of cost for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty covers only defects due to workmanship only. This guarantee does not cover any settling cracks, weather, or any other possibility outside of our control.

It is important to report a defect as soon as possible to avoid any further damage. To report a workmanship defect please call us at (626) 888-9624 or email at [email protected] . Please include a detailed description and if possible images of the defect(s). 

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Work not performed by Grand View Painting or any of its employees
• Work for which Grand View Painting did not supply the paint or other materials
• Repairs to any surface that by design allows water to collect. These surfaces include, but are not limited to: decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and wood gutters
• Bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar
• Any peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by :

1. Ordinary wear and tear
2. Structural defects
3. Settling or movement
4. Excessive moisture exposure
5. Abnormal use or misuse 

Repairs done under this warranty will be performed only on the specific area where the defect occurred and only to level surface preparation.

Following steps must be met to validate warranty

• Contract must be paid in full
• Retain a copy of original contract
• ​Pay for all materials used to perform the repairs
• ​Make the property accessible to the contractor or his employees
